Mr.
Emmenegger formed The Omnia Group, LLC in December 2001, along with two
other Principals.
Prior to starting The Omnia
Group, Mr. Emmenegger was the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Excaliber Holding Corporation, which he started in 1996. He led the
company's roll-up strategy and acquisition efforts, acquiring eight
companies in just over four years. In addition to the businesses
acquired, he conducted investigations and due diligence on over 100
diverse companies. Under this acquisition strategy, Excaliber grew
from $0 to $163 million, in revenue between 1997 and 2000, before being
sold to Leggett and Platt, in 2001.
Prior to Excaliber, Mr. Emmenegger
was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bull Moose Tube Company from
1982 to 1996, where he grew the business from $30 million to $210 million
in revenue and from 1988 to 1995 alone, grew the company's revenue over
325%, and net income 525%.
During his career, he
also held a variety of Senior Management positions in Sales and Marketing,
Operations and Materials Management.
Mr. Emmenegger has a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, he
currently serves on the Board of Directors of: AAIM Management Association,
Association for Corporate Growth St. Louis Chapter, and the U.S. Benefit
Group, and is the former
President of the Steel Tube Institute of North America. |
