He joined The Omnia Group after spending four years with Excaliber Holding Corporation, a private manufacturing company based in St. Louis, MO.  His assignment included New Business Development Manager for the processing, tubular, fabrication, powder coating, automobile aftermarket and power sports aftermarket divisions of the company.

During his tenure at Excaliber, he led the company's effort in vertically integrating raw material purchases to reduce costs at the company's fabricating and tubular divisions.  He was also responsible for the development and marketing of a new line of automobile products. 

Over the past four years, Mr. Emmenegger has developed relationships with many of the nation's top investment banking and private equity institutions and is responsible for many of the due diligence duties and acquisition evaluations for The Omnia Group.

Mr. Emmenegger received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
