 Mr. Manning is a Principal of The Omnia Group, LLC.
He possesses 11 years of
professional experience in the manufacturing and financial
industries. Prior to joining The Omnia Group, LLC in 2001, Mr.
Manning spent four years at Excaliber Holding Corporation, a St. Louis
based manufacturer, fabricator and processor of tubular products,
flat-rolled and finished goods. He was the National Sales Manager
of their Consumer Products and Material Handling Division. He
focused on the planning and implementation of national sales and
marketing programs and was responsible for divisional revenue generation
and profitability. He is adept at identifying new business
opportunities, negotiating customer contracts and pricing, implementing
successful business strategies and understanding the key factors that
make a company successful.
Prior to joining
Excaliber, Mr. Manning worked for a leading metals manufacturer and held
the position of Product Representative. In addition to his
experience in the metals related industry, Mark also worked in the
lending division of a community based bank headquartered in St. Louis.
Over the past four
years, Mr. Manning has developed relationships with numerous private
business owners in developing a database of possible acquisition
candidates, as well as, established solid contacts with many of the
nation's leading investment banking firms.
