The Omnia Group, LLC was formed in December 2001.  The Company's Senior Manager has extensive experience in the area of acquisitions, development and operating of manufacturing companies.  Management has been involved and previously operated two separate businesses that grew substantially before starting The Omnia Group.

The other partners of The Omnia Group, LLC have extensive experience in the sales and marketing area of manufacturing and distribution companies. The Omnia Group will invest family funds alone or with other equity partners.  The Company has partnered with several private equity groups to acquire and manage acquisitions made over the last 7 years.  The management team is well respected in the industry with a combined experience of over 50 years.

In addition to the principal members, The Omnia Group, LLC has other personnel resources with significant financial, operating, due diligence, and analytical experience.

Chuck Emmenegger, Managing Partner

Chuck Emmenegger formed The Omnia Group, LLC, along with two other Principals. 

Prior to starting The Omnia Group, Chuck was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Excaliber Holding Corporation, which he started in 1996.  He led the company's roll-up strategy and acquisition efforts, acquiring eight companies in just over four years.  In addition to the businesses acquired, he conducted investigations and due diligence on over 100 diverse companies.  Under this acquisition strategy, Excaliber grew from $0 to $163 million in revenue between 1997 and 2000, before being sold to Leggett and Platt, in 2001.

Prior to Excaliber, Chuck was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bull Moose Tube Company from 1982 to 1996, where he grew the business from $30 million to $210 million in revenue and from 1988 to 1995 alone, grew the company's revenue over 325%, and net income 525%.

During his career, he also held a variety of Senior Management positions in Sales and Marketing, Operations and Materials Management.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Association for Corporate Growth St. Louis Chapter and Pulaski Bank. He also serves as a Board Advisor to several St. Louis area businesses.

Mark Manning, Principal

Mark Manning possesses over 17 years of professional experience in various operational, financial and sales leadership roles. Over the past eight years Mark has worked with numerous private companies to provide strategic direction and tactical initiatives, increase operational efficiencies and deploy new sales, marketing and raw material strategies. Mark is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring acquisition opportunities for The Omnia Group in the Midwest and Mountain States, in addition to co-managing the private equity investments within the firm's portfolio.

Prior to joining The Omnia Group at its founding, Mark worked eight years in the steel industry, spending his final four years as National Sales Manager at Excaliber Holding Corporation, a $163 million, St. Louis based manufacturer.

Mark has a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. Mark grew up in St. Charles, Miissouri and now lives in O'Fallon, Missouri with his wife and three children.

Cory Emmenegger, Principal

Cory Emmenegger has over seven years of experience as a private equity investor and over 10 years experience in operations, leveraged buyouts, management consulting and sales. His responsibilities have included full company profit and loss, mergers and acquisitions including sourcing, evaluating, structuring, product development, strategic planning and co-managing The Omnia Group's private equity investments.

Prior to joining The Omnia Group, Cory spent four years with Excaliber Tubular Corporation as the New Business Development Manager for the processing, tubular, fabrication, powder coating, automobile aftermarket and power sports divisions of the Company. During his tenure he also led the Company's effort in globally reducing raw material costs at the Company's fabrication and tubular divisions.

Cory received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
